Before you write
All questionsTwo to four weeks is comfortable for events, and longer during fashion week and the December run. Portrait sessions are more flexible and can often happen within the same week. Requests made at the last minute are worth asking about.
If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, send us the venue’s requirements when you book the date. We arrange cover ahead of the shoot so the requirement does not delay or block your booking.
Yes. Large activations, venues with multiple rooms, and stadium shows get a second shooter or a full team, plus a dedicated video operator when the event needs both. The coverage plan and the edit stay under one point of contact.
