Never sold or shared for ads

What we collect

Nothing is collected until you send us something. There is no account to make and no tracking that runs before you have answered the cookie card.

Contact form fields
Your first and last name, email address, phone number, shoot type, event date and time, your message, and how you found the studio.
Where it goes
Our own database and our internal client management system. Sending the form also emails the studio.
Server logs
Our hosting keeps standard logs, including your IP address and the time of your request, to keep the site secure and reliable.

How it is used

We use what you send only to answer your inquiry and manage your booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep enquiries for as long as we may still need them for the job or our own records, and we delete them on request.

Cookies and pixels

Essential cookies are always on. They support your session and provide the security token that protects the contact form. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel.

Essential
Always on. Your session and the contact form security token.
Analytics
Your choice. Google Analytics, to see how the site is used.
Advertising
Your choice. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to measure our campaigns.

We ask before any analytics or advertising cookie or pixel loads, and each category is a separate choice. Your answer is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. If you refuse everything optional, the site still works in full.

Embedded video and maps

The homepage includes videos hosted on YouTube. They stay still images until you press play, and pressing play loads the player from the YouTube nocookie domain. YouTube may set cookies from that point. The reels on the social media page behave the same way, and Instagram may set its own cookies once you play one.

Your choices

You can accept or refuse optional cookies when the card appears, and you can review or change that choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Refusing is one click, in the same place and at the same size as accepting.

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email hello@jpxstudios.com or call (929) 379-5859. We answer within two business days.
