Almave by Casa Lumbre
New York City
Around June 2024, Casa Lumbre / Almave held a tasting in New York City built around the preparation and serving of Almave drinks. Jenya photographed the bar, bottles, branded glassware, bartender and guests receiving their drinks, and filmed the tasting for a recap. The photographs followed each drink from the shaker through the garnish to the handoff. Reflections from gold bar tools and glass could obscure the labels. Jenya changed camera positions to keep the Almave name readable, moving between wide views of the bar and closer photographs of pours and finished drinks. JPX Studios delivered a gallery of 533 frames and a recap film.
JPX Studios built the visual story around the path of each drink. Wide frames established the bar and the surrounding crowd; tighter photographs followed the pour, the shaker, the garnish, and the handoff. Reflections from gold tools and glass can easily overwhelm labels, so the camera position changed constantly to keep the Almave name readable while retaining the warm, social atmosphere of the room.

The final coverage connects product, process, and participation. Bottle and detail photographs give the brand clean assets, while the bartender and guest frames show how Almave was served and experienced in context. Together they describe a tasting rather than merely documenting attendance, which makes the gallery useful for event recaps, hospitality storytelling, and planning future brand activations.
