Haze and theatrical spotlights shaped the room at Lume Studios in Tribeca, Manhattan, for Jordan Millington’s Evolution of Innocence in January 2022. Jenya photographed the exhibition’s framed conceptual portraits, sculptural looks, and visitors moving through the presentation. Coverage began with the works and installation views before the audience filled the sightlines, then expanded to include portraits and candid reactions as the event developed. Jenya used the existing spotlights and fog to preserve the contrast, adjusting position to control reflections in framed art and mirrored surfaces. JPX Studios delivered a gallery combining wide views of the exhibition, closer photographs of material and lighting details, and images of visitors encountering the work.

JPX Studios photographed each part of the presentation cleanly before the audience filled the sightlines, then layered visitors into the work as the event developed.
